What We Do

Casement Windows

Casement windows are a type of window that is hinged on one side and opens outward from the other side. They are typically operated by a crank or lever that allows the window to swing open and closed like a door. Casement windows are popular in many types of buildings, including homes, offices, and schools.

Sliding and folding Doors

Sliding doors are a type of door that operates by sliding horizontally along a track, rather than swinging open like a traditional hinged door. They are often made of glass, allowing natural light to flow into a space, and are famous for their sleek and modern appearance.

French Windows and Doors

French windows and doors are types of doors with glass panels that extend the full length of the door. They typically have multiple panels that open inward or outward and are commonly used as an entrance to a patio or garden, providing a stylish and functional way to connect indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our Process

  • Design and Quotation
  • Revision and Approval
  • Production and Delivery
  • Installation
  • After-Sales Service

Based on the initial consultation, We will provide a design and quotation for the client. This should include detailed specifications of the products, along with pricing and payment terms.

After reviewing the design and quotation, the client may request revisions or adjustments. We will work with the client to revise the design and provide a new quotation, if necessary until the client is satisfied and approves the final design.

Once the design has been approved and payment has been received, We will begin production of the windows or doors. We will keep the client informed throughout the production process, including providing estimated delivery dates.

After the windows or doors have been delivered to the client, We may provide installation services or work with a trusted installation partner. The installation process should be carefully coordinated with the client to minimize disruption and ensure that the products are installed correctly.

After installation, We should provide after-sales service, including a warranty or guarantee for their products. The supplier should also be available to provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the longevity and performance of the windows or doors.
